Well known suppliers such as Med Hotels, Hotels4U, Holiday Brokers, Hotelbeds, Youtravel, GTAhotels and many more are combined, creating a one-stop shop for accommodation. In other words, roomstostay.co.uk scours the accommodation only marketplace to secure you the right hotel or apartment and at the very best price.
Our price promise is straightforward. We offer the lowest prices available online. However, after you have made a reservation with roomstostay.co.uk, if you find the identical accommodation available cheaper elsewhere, we will refund the difference. In this event, please check carefully the terms and conditions of the offer, which are detailed below, along with information on how to make your claim.
Terms & Conditions
The competitor price must be available to book online and available immediately, not just on a “request” basis.
The competitor price must be for the same accommodation and occupancy, for the identical dates and for the same board basis as your roomstostay.co.uk booking.
The competitor price must be from a UK based website and the price must be in GBP sterling currency.
Our price promise does not extend to prices obtained through a loyalty scheme or due to redemption of a voucher or money off coupons.
The accommodation at the lower price must not be a special offer price, discounted due to frequent flyer mileage credits, a promotional price or part of a package.
The price promise does not apply to group bookings of 8 people or more.
The competitor price must include any handling charges, booking fees and credit/debit card charges.
How To Claim
After having your booking confirmed by roomstostay.co.uk you must e-mail us at info@roomstostay.co.uk, putting “Lowest Price Promise” in the heading of your e-mail. This e-mail must be sent to us within 24 hours of making your booking. The person responsible for making the booking (lead name) must send us the e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims under the lowest price promise within 14 days of departure.
On your e-mail please send us the URL of the page displaying the cheaper accommodation price. We will review the details of your claim and reply to you via e-mail within 7 working days. In the event of your claim being successful, we will refund your credit/debit card which you used to make your booking, within a further 10 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above terms and conditions and claim procedures. Our price promise offer can be withdrawn at any time and without notice.
